Human consciousness distinguishes us, best we know, from every other creature on earth, offering potential to define the course of life – but only if we use it. Research shows that of the 70,000 thoughts we have each day, 95% are un-conscious. Tomorrow holds limitless potential; its currency is consciousness. We like to think we’re conscious all the time. Our ‘story’ goes like this: my mind is full; it’s filled with thoughts; they must be my thoughts; therefore, I am thinking. Not so.
