Worry is an unconscious-chosen alternative to taking action. “Action” here doesn’t mean fighting your way through the worry; it means gaining the personal clarity about what you don’t know … so you can step with greater confidence. The clearer you are about who you are, what you want and why it matters, the more you’ll handle things naturally, with ease, confidence, and results. Worrying doesn’t fix tomorrow; it simply ruins today.
