Noticing your thinking changes your thinking. Your thinking is easy to notice – it shows up as “voices in your head” … echoes of early lessons, telling you how life, and you, should be. We all have voices; problem is we listen to them. As you learn to listen for the voices, consciously, not to them, unconsciously, you learn to recognize them – as you would a loved one in a noisy room.
