On the Present

If you watched, you’d likely find most of your “thinking” is devoted either to the past – with guilt, resentment or upset about what already happened, or to the future – with anxiety, expectation or dread of what might (or might not) happen. This depletes energy that could go to experiencing the limitless possibility of the present – the only moment anything does happen. Growing awareness of your thinking brings you into the present.
