To see things as they are – separate from any judgment or opinion you have of them – offers a huge opening to your potential and to personal peace. This allows you to have your opinions without having them cloud your perception. A common obstacle here is the belief that to accept what it true means to agree with it. No. Accepting “what is” means that, despite opinion or disagreement about what is, you release the judgment so you can get on with life. A rainy day on vacation is “bad” only if you fail to accept your inability to change the weather.
