Thinking for Possibility ….   Coaching Conversations with Brad

Six Wednesday mornings, 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. (EDT), weekly, starting April 24     $15/session

Online, interactive videoconference (using Zoom)

Society’s messages affect us strongly; we’re acculturated into believing them, despite having never “learned” them. The prevailing message proclaims: if you know more, try harder, stay busy, be productive, look good, and get it all right, you’ll earn a lot of money, so you can buy a lot of “stuff,” and by so doing, find happiness. Familiar?  We’ve even come to call this the American Dream.

If it were such a great dream, we’d see many more people living happy and peaceful lives. We don’t. We’ve traded in our innate personal sense of life’s possibility for an empty promise in the external world. (By the way, the original American dream promised freedom of spirit. Where did that dream go?)

Join me for six Wednesday morning “Conversations with Brad,” relatively unstructured, participative programs designed to explore life issues important to you. I’ll choose a different topic to frame each conversation (drawn from common obstacles to living your truth), but we’ll “head out for the territory” of what has meaning for you, exploring new ways of seeing and thinking that can restore your sense of potential about what life can hold for you.

Norman Cousins said: “We are wide-eyed in contemplating the possibility that life may exist elsewhere in the universe, but we wear blinders when contemplating the possibilities of life on earth.” It’s time for a shift in perspective. Join me; we can explore together. Your answers are inside you; I’ll keep the torch lit to illuminate your path, so you can find your way to your deepest longing, even in the dark.

This online videoconference program is informal, approachable and practical. Includes follow-up notes by email, and personal practices to guide your becoming. All in a workshop environment of non-judgment, openness and humor … one that leads you to the truth that is innately yours to reclaim. Bring an open mind and a willingness to be changed by new perspectives. Leave home most of what you’ve learned about how life “should be” – including all the reasons you can’t live your truth.

Program fee is $15 per session. Uses Zoom video software. You’ll need the free Zoom app (zoom.com) before the program.
