Who I Am

Bradford Glass

“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I – I took the one less traveled by,
and that has made all the difference.” ~ Robert Frost

For over 30 years, I’ve provided leadership for individuals, teams and businesses – as a manager, as an educator and as a coach. Life has taught me that we create the path to our greatest potential by inquiring deeply into the ways we believe, think,  see and speak – about ourselves, others, life, work and the world. My coaching, therefore, challenges unconscious, life-limiting thinking that has come to characterize our world, and offers in its place a bold, bright path forward into reclaiming your own authentic truth.

I’ve found the world of nature to be both a compassionate listener to my toughest questions and a quiet teacher for life’s great mysteries. Nature serves an archetype, or model, of how we might experience life’s journey more deeply and fully. There’s unlimited creative potential inside every one of us, just as there is in nature. I will help you re-discover, and then live, yours – personally and professionally.

I hold the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and master’s degrees in both Engineering and Environmental Studies. I have served as an Adjunct Professor at Antioch University’s Graduate School, and as a member of the boards of directors of the Community Leadership Institute of Cape Cod, the Waldorf School of Cape Cod, and the New England chapter of the International Coach Federation.

My Passion: experiencing nature as a teacher of life’s great truths, an archetypal model of how we might live our own greatest potential; developing systems of knowing that bring order to life’s chaos and inspire others to live authentically and manifest the extraordinary.
My Vision: that we become conscious co-creators of our lives, living “in nature’s image,” honoring both our uniqueness (or soul – natural, authentic creative essence), and our oneness (or spirit – the unity and connectedness we share with all life on Earth).
My Purpose: to inspire a transformation in how we see and think – about ourselves, others, life, work, and the world – by challenging the unconscious, life-limiting thought patterns that pervade our society, and by offering ideas, practices and support for living a thriving, sustainable future.
My Values: to create: transform new ideas into possibilities for creative expression;  to teach: inspire others in expanding their perspective, perception and potential through new ways of seeing and thinking;  to experience: participate in, and be a student of, the unfolding mystery life is.
My Intention: to allow life’s inherent wisdom to guide my perspective (sense of what’s possible), perception (clarity on what matters most), and potential (to live my authentic truth), all in a reciprocal relationship with life, based in reverence, respect and trust.
