Leadership is not about a place on an organization chart. It’s about reclaiming your own unique, natural essence of creativity, and designing your life and work around its fulfillment — whether you lead an organization of 1000 (a business or community), 5 (a family or work team), or one (yourself).
Leadership begins with knowing that the answers to life’s mystery live inside each one of us, not in the demands and opinions of others; and that life is an invitation to a journey, not a destination to be reached.
